Is the adhesive safe for my child?

Yes, the adhesive used in Skiddies has been tested and is FDA approved.

What if I accidentally leave a Skiddie on my child’s underpants when I do the laundry?

No worries Mom and Dad. As your washing machine moves through its normal cycle the Skiddie will separate from the underpants and form into a small white ball of cotton cloth. However, we always recommend that you remove the Skiddie before washing.

Can I Iron Skiddies onto the underwear?

Do not iron SKIDDIES onto the underwear. Excessive heat may alter the adhesive so that SKIDDIES do not perform as designed.

Will the adhesive leave any residue on my child’s underpants?

In the event you do find any residual adhesive residue on your children’s underpants simply throw them in the wash. Our adhesive is formulated to dissolve in warm water wash cycle. We do recommend that you start application of your Skiddie below the label of your child’s underpants to avoid this situation as much as possible.

What is the recommended wear time for Skiddies?

Skiddies can be worn up to a full day, but depending on the child, you will change as needed.

Can I use SKIDDIES to catch pee-pee as well as skidmarks?

SKIDDIES are designed to catch skidmarks for kids that haven't quite mastered wiping and for those that have medical issues for which they might leave skidmarks.

They are not designed to catch, or to be used as a moisture a barrier for urine. Urine and uric acid in 'volume' can alter the adhesive and occasionally will cause small portions of the adhesive to adhere to the underwear. In the event adhesive adheres to the underwear, a warm water wash will dissolve the adhesive.

Where else are Skiddies available for purchase?

Skiddies are currently only available for purchase through our website and on Amazon. Occasionally they appear as a featured item on Zulily. We are working hard to provide Skiddies to you on more platforms for your convenience. Stay tuned to our website for updates and details.

How many free samples can I order?

Customers may order one trial pack per household. After you receive your trial pack we would love to hear from you. Make sure to send us a message through our Contact Us page and your testimonial may make it on our website.
